By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Prinqo if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
2. License
Unless otherwise stated, UpSurge Studios and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Prinqo. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from Prinqo for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.
- You must not republish material from Prinqo
- You must not sell, rent or sub-license material from Prinqo
- You must not reproduce, duplicate or copy material from Prinqo
3. Print Services and PrintDock
Prinqo acts as an intermediary connecting users with local print shops (via PrintDock). While we strive for the highest quality of service:
- Print quality is ultimately the responsibility of the local PrintDock shop fulfilling the order.
- Prinqo handles payment collection and settlement, but disputes regarding physical print defects must be raised within 24 hours of pickup/delivery.
- Shop owners utilizing the PrintDock Desktop Agent are responsible for maintaining their own hardware and network infrastructure.
4. Payments & Billing
For digital services (AI Resume, Tools) and PrintDock subscriptions, payments are processed securely. Prinqo (operated by UpSurge Studios) charges a platform fee on print orders processed through the platform.
5. User Data and Privacy
Your privacy is critical to us. Any documents uploaded for printing are encrypted and temporarily stored solely for the purpose of fulfillment. They are automatically purged from our servers and the shop's PrintDock agent after successful printing.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically within the jurisdiction of Jammu and Kashmir.
