• Order Data: Details of the services you request, including print parameters (color, sides, copies).
• Documents & Files: Files you upload for printing. (Note: These are strictly transient).
• Shop Data: For PrintDock shop owners, we collect payout account details, hardware metadata, and pricing configurations.

2. Document Security & Zero-Retention Policy

Your documents are your property. When you upload a document for printing via Prinqo:

• It is encrypted in transit and at rest.
• It is securely transmitted directly to the designated PrintDock shop's local agent.
• Once the print job is marked as "Completed," the document is permanently purged from our servers and the local shop's PrintDock queue. We do not keep copies of your personal files.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data solely to:

• Process and fulfill your print orders or digital services.
• Process payments and payouts to shop owners.
• Provide customer support and resolve disputes.
• Improve the platform and fix bugs.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We only share data with:

• Print Shops: We share your name and order details (and temporarily, your document) with the specific shop fulfilling your order.
• Payment Processors: We securely transmit payment details to our payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay) to process transactions.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can delete your account directly from your dashboard settings, which will anonymize your past orders and remove your identifiable information.
