Refund Policy

At Prinqo (operated by UpSurge Studios, under the management of Mohammad Maqbool Qureshi), we want you to be fully satisfied with your print orders. If a local shop fails to deliver on quality, we will step in to ensure you are refunded.

1. Print Orders (Customer to Shop)

When you place an order with a local PrintDock shop through Prinqo, you are entitled to a refund under the following conditions:

  • Cancellation before processing: If you cancel your order before the shop accepts and begins processing it, you will receive an automatic, full refund to your original payment method.
  • Defective prints: If the printed documents have severe defects (e.g., ink smudges, incorrect paper size, missing pages) due to shop error, you must notify the shop and Prinqo Support within 24 hours of pickup/delivery. Upon verification, a full or partial refund will be issued.
  • Failure to fulfill: If the shop rejects the order or fails to fulfill it within the promised timeframe, a full refund will be automatically issued.

2. Digital Services & Subscriptions

For digital tools (e.g., AI Resume Builder, Passport Photo formatting tools) and PrintDock Shop Subscriptions:

  • Digital Products: Due to the immediate access to digital outputs (PDF downloads), purchases of standalone digital formatting tools are generally non-refundable unless there was a technical failure on our platform that prevented you from receiving the output.
  • PrintDock Subscriptions: Shop owners may cancel their monthly or annual PrintDock subscriptions at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We do not provide prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.

3. Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed by our payment gateway (e.g., Razorpay) within 24-48 hours. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.

4. Dispute Resolution

If a shop owner disputes a refund claim by a customer, Prinqo Support will act as an impartial mediator. Decisions made by Prinqo Support are final. Shop owners with an excessive rate of refunded orders may have their PrintDock access suspended.
